I had used WunWun early last week for two simple restaurant recommendations for the weekend. The process was easy enough and the turnaround time was very quick.

I’ve used a few other services for delivery so I wanted to see how WunWun stacked up when it came to an even bigger task: buying a bed from IKEA on a weekend and delivering it to me in my 6th floor walkup. Cliff notes: it was a great experience.

My WunWun helper kept me updated on his progress throughout and even texted me a picture of his (my) IKEA receipt to ensure that everything I needed was on there. Everything was. He let me know when everything was loaded up into his pickup and even gave me a heads up when he was stuck in traffic due to an accident in Brooklyn.

When he arrived at my apartment, I met him on the street and helped him take the first trip’s worth of packages up the 6 flights of stairs. Once we got to the top, he insisted that the next trip was all him and that I had hired him to help, not to do the work myself. Well, OK!

I was really happy with how easy WunWun and my helper made the whole delivery. I’ll definitely be using them again.

… oh and my friends used WunWun to have Mickey Mouse show up at my birthday surprise party so there’s that, too.
